This fee is associated with the termination of our services and your move to a new provider. The fee is £38 per employee.
The fee includes the transferring of the following:
- providing due diligence information to your new provider
- employment particulars of the transferring of employees
- active/live disciplinary and grievance records from the last two years
- any collective agreements which are in force
- any outstanding claims, insurance and employment tribunals
- responding to queries from new provider re transfer
- issue of P45s where applicable
- transfer of HR files including ongoing cases
- Teacher Pension Scheme updates
