This fee is associated with the termination of our services and your move to a new provider. The fee is £38 per employee.

The fee includes the transferring of the following:

  • providing due diligence information to your new provider
  • employment particulars of the transferring of employees
  • active/live disciplinary and grievance records from the last two years
  • any collective agreements which are in force
  • any outstanding claims, insurance and employment tribunals
  • responding to queries from new provider re transfer
  • issue of P45s where applicable
  • transfer of HR files including ongoing cases
  • Teacher Pension Scheme updates
