For the negotiation, preparation and drafting of a settlement agreement (SA). This is charged per settlement agreement at £410.
This will include provding advice to School Leadership and the production of a final agreement.
If however the individual decides to withdraw from negotiations and the settlement agreement is no longer required a fee will still be charged (excluding legal costs)
Where the SA becomes contentious and legal advice is sought by HR on behalf of the school, any legal cost charged by Legal Services will be passed on to the school.
Schools will be responsible for the payment of legal fees on behalf of the employee usually £350 excluding VAT. Invoice will be sent to the school for payment.
