The new Workforce Wellbeing package ensures we will support staff to keep healthy and well in the school. This has never been offered before and given the obvious benefits this will bring both to your staff and the school itself we hope it will be a great success.
My aim should your school sign up is to put a wellbeing strategy/action plan in place for the year, co-ordinate wellbeing initiatives for the school in liaison with a nominated wellbeing champion from the school, ensure the wellbeing needs of all your staff are met, health and wellbeing ideas, promotions, events, monthly wellbeing newsletter, stress management assessment for staff, workshops and so much more.
