The design and print service is a dedicated production team that believes in delivering high quality creative design and printed materials with an emphasis on Customer Service. We understand the need to have high quality printed materials on time and at the right price to help organisations run smoothly and promote themselves professionally - everything from stationery to brochures.
The quality of production is of a high standard and regular quality inspections are undertaken during the production process; and work which does not meet the agreed standard will be rejected. We endeavour to meet the requirements of all current good working practices.
Our Management Information system Panacea, used to manage the production of all printed materials, keeps the customer informed of the progress of their job every step of the way. Panacea also allows us to closely manage our suppliers prices ensuring that we get the best price every time.

Service Standards
• All marketing material will be produced to a high standard and in accordance with your brand identity.
• All marketing material produced will be appropriate for your target audiences.
• Turnaround of individual jobs will be agreed and typically are expected to be 1-3 working days for digital printing and 5-7 working days for sheet fed litho printing.
• All complaints and queries will receive a response within one working day, and will be resolved within three working days.
• 97% of all jobs will be delivered on time and to the agreed schedule.
The above timescales are dependent on the nature of each job, but can be used as a guide in planning your requirements. If for any reason we cannot achieve the above performance guidelines you will be advised accordingly, together with an agreed delivery time.
