Attendance and welfare support and advice for schools We offer a range of support to suit your needs from bespoke packages to targeted support. Our traded packages support your school in delivering your duties under the Department for Education guidance. Our Education Welfare Officers are highly trained and experienced professionals in delivering strategic advice, pastoral support, casework and planning.

Our service in more detail  

You can choose the individual service elements that your dedicated attendance and welfare officer will provide, based on your choice of level of service (this list is not exhaustive):

5) Enforcement: working with the school to manage those cases that have been referred for prosecution
